A decent stint of wrestling with novel structure under my belt, some more mundane nonfic work accomplished, litter boxes have been changed, clematis planted, dinner secured from the aisles of Trader Joe's, and all is generally glorious!
Weirdly enough, a little metal bridge has appeared across the stream underneath my window. This is not some factory bought piece - someone has clearly constructed it with welding torch and bits of scrap metal, and it is quite ornamental, in its way. I'll try to post a photo tomorrow.
