In Honor of a New Season of Top Chef

 Tonight's menu consists of:
  • A lovely steak au poivre (because what's not to like about lots of pepper and flaming sauce?)
  • Broccoli (because vegies are important)
  • Baked potatoes (because butter and sour cream are also important)
  • Chocolate souffle (because -I- know how to make a souffle, even if they didn't)
The challenge, as always, is planning a meal that doesn't get derailed by the 45 minute gap of going to pick Wayne up at work.
